Table of Indicators

This Table of Indicators employs a unique methodology. It is to be read alongside the Key Points from the research. Taking the Key Points and the Table of Indicators as a whole, and aggregating the different achievements in the different regions of the world, it might be very approximately estimated that implementation and enforcement of the MLC is achieving a success rate of around 65%. It is ultimately very difficult to quantify positive achievements and negative gaps. Readers are of course entitled to form their own views.
